For Sellers: To sell any of the above listed crude oil and gas products and by products through us, a seller must submit a copy of his allocation letter from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC that is verifiable from the Crude Oil Marketing Department of the same authority NNPC or the Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum to be taken seriously. Shell screen confirmations will not be accepted or Bonny terminal or any terminal confirmations in Nigeria or abroad. This is the only way we will take a seller as both genuine and serious. For Crude oil and gas by products, the same confirmations will be required from the relevant NNPC parastatal, subsidiary or agency's marketing department. We honestly do not have time for time wasters and fraudulent sellers.

Warning: Do not bother to send us any Sales Purchase Agreements if it does not include the relevant confirmable and verifiable allocation letter from the relevant government authority, parastatal, agency or subsidiary. If you do we will blacklist your company on this website via the internet and forward the full details of the transaction to the Nigerian Economic and Financial Crimes Commission http://www.efccnigeria.org/ for immediate action against your company.

For Buyers: To buy from us we will need only a one year current bank statement from any real legitimate buyer or a three year financial statement of your buying company or a banking capability letter. Failure to submit this statement is the simple proof of the buyers financial capability to transact a crude oil and gas transaction.

If you are going to be financed by your bank, your financial standings for one year through your statements should be able to show proof of ability to get bank financing. In a situation where you intend to collateralize assets for a loan, a bank capability letter will be in order and acceptable to us. Your ability to produce any of the above three documents is your proof of seriousness.

Where an agent has not done this, he too will be blacklisted as a fraud or fake agent or broker on this website via the Internet.
