certificate of class, document of compliance, safety management certificate
civil liability certificate , IOPP complete part a + form b,
pandi cert entry (insurance), Q88 latest edition version

3)Buyer nominates SGS cotonou or STS (ship to ship )provider and both
companies i.e SGS or STS write us mail to :
informing us of their rediness to work with buyer.
and we send NOR to buyer's nominated vessel and vessel position is given
only to SGS or STS
Which ever is hire by buyer.
4)Payment is either by confirm L/C or prepayment on sight good.
